Yes. Upon full payment, you receive the complete source code, database schema, and deployment files. You are not locked into MyCityBiz for future changes — any PHP developer can maintain or extend the system. We do offer ongoing support and feature additions, but it is entirely your choice.

Yes. All systems we build expose REST APIs and can connect to your existing website forms, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, email services, mobile apps, and third-party tools. If you already have a website or app, the software backend can be connected to it directly.

We build with extensibility in mind. New modules, features, and integrations can be added post-launch either on a per-feature quote basis or through a monthly maintenance retainer. Because you own the code and it is cleanly architected, additions are straightforward without rewriting existing functionality.

All systems include password hashing (bcrypt), parameterised queries to prevent SQL injection, CSRF token protection on forms, role-based access control, HTTPS enforcement, and session security. For systems handling sensitive data (patient records, financial data), we apply additional hardening and can include audit logs for all data access and changes.

Yes, in many cases. We audit the existing codebase first to assess quality, architecture, and security. Based on that audit, we recommend whether to continue the existing build, refactor specific parts, or do a clean rebuild. We have successfully taken over and completed several projects that stalled with other developers.
